Fit BMW 2002

These arms work with OEM/UUC/ST style swaybars.  If you have an Ireland Engineering swaybar please read below as fitment is a little different.

Extended front control arms.  These are 4130 Chromoly Tig welded with relocated ball joint.  The ball joint is moved out 0.75" (moves the top of the tire out roughly 3/8”) and forward 0.375".  This adds about 0.75° camber and 0.35° castor while giving much needed firewall clearance when running 8" wide wheels.  Stock 2002’s come with 0° to +0.25° camber typically. Ideal camber for a spirited street car is -1.5° to -2° camber.  This will give much less understeer without negatively effecting tire wear.  Our extended control arms combine with a fixed camber plate will give a car running stock struts close to -1.5° camber without any irreversible modifications.

Proudly made in the USA.

Includes: control arms, 10mm swaybar end links and hardware. (bushings NOT included)

Must use Polyurethane or delrin bushings.

Due to poor quality and tolerances of some ball joints, these do not fit in our arms - (BBR, Meyle).  We highly recommend a quality ball joint like OEM or Moog.

Ireland Engineering swaybar fitment - IE bars tend to be shorter so many people have to mount the rodend on the front of the arm.  We make bushings ($10) and ship them with all arms for cars using IE bars. Must source your own 10x70mm bolts. It is up to you to cycle the suspension to determine wether your car requires them or not.  Most cars do.  Look through the pictures as a reference.
